繳費及按金 Payment & Deposit

50% of full payment or above is required at the time of booking.

If necessary, customer could cancel 7 working days before the planned arrival by contacting us, customer would be charged 20% of the deposit as administration fee for reservation that is not cancelled before 7 days arrival.

Customer will not be refunded under any circumstance, Store Credit will be issued for outstanding deposit.

Pets Park Ltd. could adjust the price without prior notice.

酒店預訂以繳交50％訂金以上作實

取消房間須於入住前7天取消已預訂之房間，如未能在7天前取消已預訂之房間，本公司會收取20％訂金為取消費手續費。餘下款項可在本公司消費。

在任何情況下，均不會退回現金，訂金只可換其他貨品。

本公司有權於公眾假期前後調整價格。

寄養條款及須知 Boarding Requirements & Conditions Dogs should meet below requirements: Owners should show their dog vaccination record issued by registered Veterinary before accommodation to proof G6 annual booster is vaccinated. Dogs should be at least 5 months old or above and with microchip implanted. Dogs should be given flea-prevention medical (Frontline / Frontline Plus / Revolution). Doctor Note is required for any pet which is 10 years old or older Pet must employ our Bath Services before accommodation (customer is entitled 20% discount off of bathing services). Room arrangement is at Company’s discretion. Pets Park Ltd. reserves the right to change the above terms and pricing without prior notice, and the right in making final decision on any dispute. 本寵物酒店歡迎任何品種、年齡的狗隻使用本會的住宿服務，而入住的狗隻必須符合以下要求： 入住狗隻必須持有有效預防針卡正本，證明狗隻已接受完全性的Ｇ６混合防疫注射，以及狗房核預防 ５個月大或以上的狗隻必須接受過瘋狗症預防注射及已植入確認身份的晶片。 入住狗隻必須被投放有效的杜蚤藥品 (Frontline / Frontline Plus / Revolution)。 １０歲或以上的寵物須出示醫生證明。 入住本寵物酒店前必須惠顧本公司之沖涼服務（本公司會提供８折優惠） 酒店及托管之房間安排，將由本公司決定。 本共司保留隨時更改以上條款及收費之最終決定權。

酒店接送服務 Pick up services Free Pick up service is valid fro any five stays. An additional $100 will be charge for any pick up in Hong Kong Island and outlying islands. To use our free pick up service, your reservation requests must be made at least 3 days in advance of pick up, please provide all applicable information including exact time of pick up, precise address and and a phone number where you can be reached at that time. 客人訂購酒店房間５天或以上，可提供免費接送（港島及離島徐外），港島及離島區需加＄１００附加費。 為使接送服務更有效率，客人需於今天前預約，並提供有關資料，例如接送地址、聯絡人、時間

沖涼服務 Bathing Services Bathing Service include: nail trimming, foot clip, ear clip, anus cleaning, ear and eyes cleaning , Shampoo. 沖涼服務包括：剪腳甲及腳底毛，拔耳毛，放肛門線，清潔眼耳及洗毛。
